江苏德迈克公司制造的柴油机高压油管质量可替代国外进口高压油管。
1、耐高压：采用油拉技术保证内外表面清洁，清洁度越高，承受的压力越高，柴油的雾化更彻底，燃烧更充分，提高燃油经济型，瞬间加速动力更大；我司普通油管的工作压力下限在300BAR以上。
2、高精度：国内普通的高压油管外径公差+/-0.08mm， 我司生产的高压油管的尺寸精度达到+/-0.05mm，甚至能达到+0.05/-0.00mm或者+0.00/-0.05mm；
3、高延伸性：具体表现在40%扩口无麻丝，压扁无裂纹、折弯360度（折弯半径mm）表面无裂纹，适合于更复杂的油路折弯。
Our quality of high pressure fuel injection tube for diesel engine is with high standard according to ISO8535, DIN73000.
Withstand high pressure: The oil drawing process makes the surface smooth which can improve its pressure bearing ability and make the fuel atomization process more completely. Then again the fuel can be burned more completely which increases the fuel efficiency and enlarge the accelerate power. The normal working pressure of our tube can be above 300bar.
High precision: Our tube tolerance OD and ID can control to +0.05/-0 or +0/-0.05
High elongation: The elongation can be controlled above 40%. After flaring, no defects can be found. And no crack exists after complete flattening and bending. The tube is suitable for complicate bending processing.
