由江苏德迈克公司自主研发,现已成功接受无锡油泵研究所、德国Feless、日本臼井等权威公司和机构的试样。
交货状态:强化前直管, 折弯成品
采用油拉技术,钢管内空表面质量在P级,颗粒深度小于0.05mm。
未做强化的钢管工作压力可在800Bar以上, 强化后可承受1800Bar到2000Bar的工作压力,爆破压力在9000-10000Bar。
Developed based upon normal fuel injection tube, and increase the surface and mechanical condition to fit the common rail tube requirements. We have passed the test in WFIERI, German Felss Burger, USUI and other company and institute.
Delivery condition: Straight tubes before autofrettage or tube lines
Adopted oil to draw the tube which makes the surface smooth and inner surface can reach Q degree with granule weight below 1.5mg, size depth below 0.05mm.
Before autofrettage, the working pressure can above 800 bars. After autofrettage, working pressure can between 1800 to2000 bars, and burst pressure 9000bars to 10000 bars.
